It seems this computing artifact has been climbing in value lately, fetching an average sale price of $605 in 2004 to $1,598 this year. EBay said it's sellers sold five of these models last year. The Mac 128K was an important notch in Apple's belt, as it set the tone for the company's future products, and Apple is celebrating the release of its original computer with plenty of fanfare.
