Superman is getting a fresh reboot in the upcoming film "Man of Steel." The third teaser trailer for the film is a shot-by-shot remake of the official trailer, done in the style of the Minecraft video game -- complete with square planets and a blocky Russell Crowe with a pixelated mustache.

Superman's chunky cape makes for some particularly amusing moments as it blows awkwardly around in the wind. Plus, we get Clark Kent as a Minecraft super-baby.

Creative studio Steelehouse is behind the production. Though the look is pitch-perfect, it wasn't created in Minecraft. Instead, the studio paid tribute to both Superman and Minecraft through animation. It's still an impressive piece of work.

The Minecraft version is accurate enough that you can watch a side-by-side comparison video showing the original and the Steelehouse versions together. Sure, there are a few small bits left out, but it's pretty much all there.

Minecraft style really does make sense for Superman once you consider how square-jawed he is. It's a small step to turn him into a complete blockhead, soaring over square landscapes to emotional music. Well played, Steelehouse.
