The only really notable change from earlier peeks that the photos reveal of the iPhone 5S rear shell (at bottom) is a larger LED flash. Note that alleged iPhone 5S rear shell images have appeared as far back as December of last year. The iPhone 5S -- a device that's widely rumored and expected, though Apple has said zilch about such a product -- is also expected to boast a higher-resolution camera. Earlier reports have indicated that it may sport a 12-megapixel camera with improved low-light mode. MacRumors also posted purported photos of the main logic board -- matching previous leaked images -- showing a new layout for components. "The battery carries a more recent Apple Part Number of 616-0652 compared to the iPhone 5 battery...[and] has a higher capacity of 5.92 Whr, compared to the 5.45 Whr capacity of the iPhone 5's battery." Apple is expected to launch the iPhone 5S later this year. New lower-priced iPhones offered in a variety of colors may also launch at the same time, reportedly in September.
