Teaming up with Comcast and NBCUniversal, Twitter on Wednesday revealed a new tweet feature called See It. By clicking on the expanded tweet, users can turn on live TV either through their set-top boxes or on their mobile devices. They also can change channels, set the DVR, and play any On Demand show. Set to launch in November, See It will allow access to a variety of NBCUniversal channels, including NBC, NBC Sports Network, CNBC, MSNBC, USA, Syfy, Bravo, Oxygen, E!, Esquire Network, and The Golf Channel. Twitter said it's working with Comcast to expand the feature to other TV networks. "See It is a simple yet powerful feature that creates an instant, online remote control," Comcast CEO Brian Roberts said in a statement. "Comcast is taking a leap forward in social TV by enabling Twitter users to more easily find and view the shows they want to watch and discover new shows."
