Priced at $27.99 down with 24 monthly device payments of $3, the net cost of the phone is $99. Powered by Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, the Evolve features a 4-inch display and 5-megapixel back camera with fixed focus. Powered by a single-core 1GHz processor, the smartphone received low marks in the CNET review. Also available today, the Samsung LTE Mobile HotSpot PRO can provide 4G LTE speeds to up to 10 Wi-Fi devices at the same time. The price is $49.99 with 24 payments of $5 or a total cost of $170 without contract. Looking ahead, T-Mobile will add the Alcatel One Touch Fierce to its lineup on Wednesday, October 23. Although it's a more powerful device than the Evolve, the handset ultimately failed to impress CNET. While the 4.5-inch qHD display and dual-core 1.2GHz processor sound good on paper, they did not offset the slow speeds and fixed-focus camera. The One Touch Fierce will cost $19.99 down with 24 payments of $6 for a total price of $165. A Samsung Galaxy Light is expected further down the road; however, T-Mobile is not yet ready to dish pricing or exact timing. Key specifications figure to include Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, a 4-inch display, 5-megapixel rear camera, and front-facing VGA shooter. Under the hood, the Galaxy Light employs an entry-level quad-core 1.4GHz processor with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage.
