The Moto G might have been given an early public showing in the UK.

Eagle-eyed observers on Monday discovered that the Amazon UK site had listed the Moto G on preorder and available for delivery on November 14. The listing, which has since been removed, didn't mention the Moto G by name, but does show the model number that's believed to correspond to the Moto G.

The listing was first discovered by Pocket-lint.

Motorola, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Google, announced last week that it would be holding a special event on November 13 to show off the Moto G. The device is rumored to be a low-cost version of the Moto X -- a device that so far, has only sold in modest quantities.

The Moto G will come in at a price of 159.99 British pounds, according to the Amazon UK page. It'll feature 16GB of RAM, a 4.5-inch HD display, and a quad-core processor.

Check back later this week for more details on Motorola's upcoming handset.
