Mayer has led a resurgent Yahoo, pushing to revamp its various properties, and focusing more on media, content, and advertisement opportunities. The executive has pushed for a lot of dramatic changes, although it's unclear whether those revisions will pay off.

In addition, she's made a lot of high-profile acquisitions to bulk up the talent and media capabilities of the company.

As usual, we'll be using ScribbleLive to bring you live text and photos, blow by blow. We'll start the live blog about 15 minutes before Yahoo officially starts the event, so be sure to tune in.
