Apple TV was rumored for much of last year to be next for TWC TV. The idea that Apple TV would be getting a long-overdue refresh this year has also been churning in the rumor mill for some time. A Time Warner Cable spokeswoman didn't have a comment. Apple didn't immediately respond to a message seeking comment. Apple is aiming for the new iteration of Apple TV to be ready for holiday shopping, according to the Bloomberg report, while noting the plans could change. One of the the two unnamed sources said the upgraded Apple TV will have a faster processor, refreshed and other online content.
