Lucasfilm has released a series of six stunning propaganda-style posters to promote "Star Wars Rebels," which will air sometime this year first as a one-hour TV special on the Disney Channel, and then later as a regular TV series on Disney XD channels around the world. Set in the time period between "Revenge of the Sith," the third of the major "Star Wars" prequels, and the original 1977 "Star Wars," "Rebels" takes place "in a time where the Empire is securing its grip on the galaxy," Disney said last year, "and hunting down the last of the Jedi Knights as a fledgling rebellion against the Empire is taking shape."
