For on Monday's Jimmy Kimmel show, the mischievous host pretended to have secured an interview with Caitlin Heller, the flaming twerker. She was allegedly in Kansas City, connected via Skype. The collage of TV news anchors who were fooled by this is a joy. Heller is really Daphne Avalon, a stuntwoman. Some might be more familiar with her as the horse lady from the Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 trailer. She doesn't twerk in that.
