The device hasn't been officially announced, but it's possible the Neo could be making an appearance sooner rather than later.

The rumored Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo might soon be officially announced, if a recent leak is to be believed.

Samsung-tracking site Sammobile on Thursday said that it received a tip from a reader claiming that a Galaxy Note 3 Neo preorder page has been designed and will soon go up on a Belgian retailer Web site. According to the site, the preorder price is 599 euros ($818). The tipster didn't know, however, when the page might go live.

The Galaxy Note 3 Neo is expected to come with a 5.5-inch display and 8-megapixel camera. It's believed that the device will find its way to store shelves in March, but be on display at Mobile World Congress in February.

This is just the latest leak related to the device. Earlier this month, Sammobile leaked a photo purporting to be the Galaxy Note 3 Neo. The Neo is expected to be smaller than the Galaxy Note 3.
